We do not extrapolate from generic catalogue platforms; each design is documented, fabricated, and inspected against agreed acceptance criteria.

Welding & Certification

Welding procedures align with client WPS requirements and applicable Indian and international codes as specified on contract. Welder qualification records are maintained and available for audit. NDT — MPI, DPI, ultrasonic where mandated — is coordinated through certified labs with reports included in turnover packages.

Distortion control sequences, tack weld patterns, and intermittent versus continuous weld specifications are planned before arc strike to preserve dimensional alignment of mounting interfaces critical to fixture installation.

Scaffolding & Access Systems

Custom platform ladders and mobile scaffolding covered elsewhere complement our fixed structural arrays. Integrated stair towers, guardrail systems, toe boards, and anchor points for fall protection equipment are incorporated per site safety standards. Modular bolted connections enable relocation when production layouts evolve.

Surface finishes protect against corrosion in humid shop environments — blast, primer, and topcoat systems specified to client maintenance intervals. Load rating plates and inspection tags support ongoing statutory checks.

Turnkey Delivery

Metro Precision can deliver structural packages as part of broader tooling programs — for example, a jig assembly mounted on a fabricated stand with integrated fluid or pneumatic lines, or a test fixture housed within a protective steel enclosure. Single-source responsibility reduces interface disputes between separate fabricators and tooling suppliers.
